An entirely holistic balanced approach to nutrition & wellbeing for the longer term. The meals are designed to give you inspiration so use these options listed below and of course tweak to make it bespoke to you, we are all different after all! Each of the recipes is one serving unless indicated otherwise. Try to avoid snacking.

If you have balanced meals you should not need to eat in between. First have a glass of water and see if you still feel you need a snack. That being said if you are feeling genuinely hungry or have had a physically demanding day or you may be travelling then add in one of the snack options below.

And of course enjoy your skinny greens at any time of the day, either with water or blending into a morning smoothie, it’s delicious!"
